Julie obtained a Diploma in Therapeutic massage in 2000 at the Lotus Holistic Centre and then in 2001 gained a Certificate in Reflexolgy.  Julie has been working as a massage therapist since then , she started her career by opening one of Taradales first natural healthcare product stores and massage clinic.  

 

As a single mum and trying to juggle two growing boys and business she decided that for her own wellbeing and for the boys benefit,it would be best to locate the business to a home environment.  Her clinic  has a relaxed 'vibe' to it, and the surroundings are peaceful.

 

 During the years Julie has gained a Diploma in Herbal Studies from the Australasian Herbal College, and has become a Level 3 Reiki Pracitioner, and continues to research new techniques and attend proffesional development workshops.

 

Her creation of the natural healing products came about when her dad metioned he was suffering from a lesion that wasnt healing, she mixed up a batch of cream called it 'magic,' and it worked!  

Julie then spent months researching and trying to source good quality natural, paraben free, nz made, creams, essential oils and balms and even more time experimenting on creating the right mix.  

Finally after testing on family, friends and clients,  juliessence was made!!
